Tom, I finally had time to install the “Glazecool 7714” in the surface grinder. I’m running a mixture of 20:1 and am very pleased. It doesn’t feel sticky or leaves a heavy residue on any of the jobs I’ve ground (mostly A-2, D-2, M-7,& H-13 tool steels ). It also seems to keep the wheel from filling and breaking down near as fast. So I guess you can say it performed as well if not better than I had expected. Sorry, it took so long to implement but I’m very glad to be using it now. I will let the other toolmakers and machinist aware of my finds and hopefully, we’ll be able to try out and use some other of your products.

Thanks again for your support, and looking forward to doing more business with you and “Glazeen” products,

– John

Tom, just a quick note to tell you that the Glazecut 2284-L is working great on our stainless steel parts. We were able to increase our speeds AND improve our finish just as you said. I wasn’t sure this could be done without the chlorine additive that’s in our old oil-plus the operators seem to like the low odor and the way it keeps the machines clean. Oh.. it seems to clean off better in our wash tanks as well. Keep up the good work and thanks again for the recommendation.

Just a note about the 560 product you supply us with. We use to use a product that was approved by our vendor. We had seen some issues with the old coolant as it was foaming, and corrosive on our machines, leaving a yellow film on them. After a 1 year review, we found that we had better tool life and the coolant is not foaming, even in high-pressure pumps. Plastic terminals are not falling apart and there is no yellow film. Great Product.
